hey you know what i haven't seen a "bad" elbow ever thrown in bak mei always the opposite the elbow if hit past itself can slam the wrong point disabling you arm!

A long time ago in Edmonton I used to train with the guy who introduces Master Chow Fook (0.04 secs) . Anyone know what happened to him? His name was J Hui.

yeah, about the grunting... not sure where that comes from, all the forms ive learned so far have been silent even tho my sifu trained with chow fuk for a bit.
