We made a day trip to Waterloo in Belgium. We visited the "Butt de Lion" which was a huge landmark built to commemerate the defeat of the army of Napoleon by the allied forces. The "Butt de Lion" marked the spot where the Prince of Orange, the commander-in-chief of the alllied troops got wounded. We came by car from Holland. Me, Yohanes, was the driver together with my wife Elvira, Vicky, Charles and Au Mun who was a visitor from Hong Kong.

If this cameraman had known anything about the battle he would have aimed the camera at relevant points around the battlefield instead of at the ignorant visitors at the top of the hill.

Yes, there is plenty to see. But you must not know much, if anything about the battle, for if you did, there is plenty to see.

There's plenty else to see there unless, of course, you're stupid.

I lived in Waterloo from December 1976 until sometime in early 1981. A lovely, historic town
