@addvanced hold the bullshit pleeeeeeese, i grow my own fruit and veg chemical free, i buy organically produced meat, i cook most of my veg......I am healthy, I have never been to the doctor except for when i sliced my toe open, i dont take suppliments or other pills, eating nothing but raw food is senseless, most of the people that i have saw look gaunt, bollox to raw food only diet, eat sensibly and exercise ffs.

But, then thinking aout it, I was woindering if dry-cured ham and, in extense, any food prepared by drying and salting it (some fish) can be considered raw food. It's a process in which you don't need fire at all. I need to know where's the limit. Thanks.

Nonsence, Its clearly obvious that mankind progressed from primitive to modern through diet,The reason why these raw foodists have to blend raw veg is that eating them in their whole state just dosent work,the digestive system finds it hard to break them down hence thats why they should be cooked. Its all well and good making claims on youtube that nutrional study is false but wheres your evidence,there is none except a few crack pots selling their books and dvds to a load of vunerables.
