Don't Wanna Be Just Friends: A JB Fanfic[[Ch.15]]part 1

ummm...this chapter is kinda depressing, but also intense. it didn't all fit in one ch. so read part 2

When we left off, Kaitlyn and Nick were in the park. Nick asked Kaitlyn to come with him on tour. Kaitlyn said yes. Nick said they were girlfriend and boyfriend and they were about to kiss when a guy in the park interrupted them.
{Flashback: Guy-Well if it isn't Kaitlyn Jane.}


REMEMBER: Kaitlyn used to have an ex-boyfriend named Sam. They are basically enemies now. And, Kaitlyn has never kissed anyone before.

[[This is right after the guy interrupts them]]

Kaitlyn stops, recognizing the voice automatically.

Kaitlyn--*whispering to herself* Sam...*looking up at Sam who is standing not too far away from the bench looking at them* Samuel Michael.

Sam—Don't call me that! It's Sam.

Kaitlyn—GO AWAY!

Sam--*ignoring what she said* Still trying to get your first kiss, huh.

Kaitlyn—Trying and failing because of you.

Sam---Oh, don't be such a baby. Just because I broke up with you. It's your fault you were a horrible girlfriend.

Kaitlyn—That is it!

Kaitlyn gets up off of the bench and goes after Sam. Sam starts stumbling backwards, scared. Nick gets up and puts his arms around Kaitlyn's waist, making it impossible for her to move.

Sam—Well, if it isn't Nick Jonas. How's your relationship with Miley?

Nick—It's over, that's how it is.

Sam—Oh, still a little bitter.

Kaitlyn—Why can't you just leave me alone! *Tears are streaming down her face out of anger*

Sam—Because you're so fun to pick on.
Kaitlyn tries to get out of Nick's grip, but he tightens his grip around her waist.

Sam—Too bad you haven't had you're first kiss. I've had plenty. Of course none with you.

Kaitlyn—Fine. You think I should have my first kiss? *Sam nods* Then fine.

Kaitlyn turns around towards Nick, who loosens his grip, confused. Kaitlyn grabs Nick's collar with both of her hands, stands of her tippy toes and kisses Nick passionately.

Sam, who had an evil smile on, drops his jaw, with the look of amazement. Nick is extremely surprised. But then realizes that she's actually kissing him and he puts his hands on her back and kisses her. Kaitlyn has her eyes closed and is just kissing him. After about 10 seconds she stops kissing him, takes a hug breath of air, and turns to the Sam with a HUGE smile on her face.

Kaitlyn—You were saying? *Sam doesn't say anything, he still has his mouth wide open* that's what I thought. Come on, let's go Nick.

Nick—Wow.

They start walking down the path again.
Nick—Wow.

Kaitlyn—Is that all you're going to say?

Nick—That was amazing.

Kaitlyn—I know! You're a great kisser.

Nick—Thanks. So are you.

Kaitlyn—Thanks. Sorry about that by the way. He's such a jerk.

Nick—No problem. What was that all about anyways?
