  • Great Smoker, you did an excellent job, manufactured for performance and your narration is very informative. I value your professionalism in giving credit to others, where credit is due in regards to the spring, though everyone in my house knows when Im watching this video because of my dog howling from the harmonica music. Love bbq and the blues, cant get any better then that. Q: Do those musicians have a CD, love to get it. Thanks

  • nice. going to build on similar to that. 5 stars.

  • Damn Brother, that is a sweet project...Great Job!!!!!

  • Now I'm hungry as hell!

  • pretty good design

  • I've been watching this since you first started cutting the tank & all I can say is you made a piece of art.

One of a kind like any baby should be!!!

  • Good looking pork! Totally agree, don't want just crazy smoke.

Spot on about keeping the temp under control. High temps kill tenderness of pork. Your cooker / smoker is pretty trick!

You get the "Master Chef" award....

  • I have built a few smokers and enjoyed watching your project.

  • Can't all that rust make you sick?

  • You rock. Please make more videos. Love to hear more about How you cook stuff. Looks like u really know ur stuff. Cheers mate...

Being from Iowa, theres not many trailered smokers around to gain any tips. Thank you for the helpfull hints!

  • @stellbo Thank you very much!!

  • Very nice, great job on the smoker and the food looks perfect.
