this was great. i might try this the next time me and my boyfriend make a bonfire... build a pit in the ground and do it that way. Smaller though. thank you for showing the results!!! you'd be surprised how many people skip that.

@reviloproht Hi, after bisque fired, are they glazed or you put in the objects just in bisque? Sorry for my bad english! :-) thanks....

@joshmaurice The pots are only fired once..... the bisque firing.....which happens before they go into the pit. The pots are not glazed, the different colours come from the chemicals and other items put on and around the pots including dried horse or cow dung, dried banana skins, dried coffee grounds, seaweed etc. Some pots shine because I put a spray lacquer on them. Some members polish their pots with wax to help preserve the colours. Remember that the pots should not be used to hold liquids.
