My hero isn't a rock star or a football player or a Hollywood person. My hero is a bald slightly chubby guy called Kevin Roberts - the guy with ideas. Listening to him has transformed my way of thinking and as for my business, this has changed too, going from one man designer to ideas company with a team in just 3 years, during which time the economy has been crap. Today I just found out the national butchers I work for in the UK has doubled its turn over in the past year. That's just one story.
