Being the health-conscious dude that I am, I thought I'd be a good sport and try having a Tofurky (tofu-turkey) for dinner this Holiday... Well, almost... I actually cooked this the night before and saved my "backup (REAL) Turkey" for the big Day itself. hehehehe.... I know, I know... not much faith in tofu eh? Oh well, here's a quick run through of my experience. Hope you enjoy it. HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!!!
