Luca Blight killed with 3 characters

Now this is hot. I used Riou, Rina and Luc. It's mostly about planning really, but there's alot of things you need to consider. It's really FUN. I made up the strategy completely myself.

This was completely legit kill. No armor swap, no continue glitch, no matilda trick, no kindness rune trick etc etc. even no powerleveling!

This IS doable with two characters and additional rule of no items! I actually tried it first with no items, but Luc got hit for 150, 150, 150 = 450 by Luca's melee attack.. For a long time I continue with just Riou and Rina, but eventually I died. Also I didn't really do much with Flik and Viktor. But you don't need them to win with 2ppl no-items. Maybe I'll try that sometime.

If you got any questions about my tactics, like why I did this and that, please do ask! I'd be happy to answer, but I won't be writing a big guide about it, it's more fun if you make up your own instead of copying mine anyway !

wth?/ the chars are all maxed out??.. i mean look at their runes??.. this is bogus.. i need to see a perfect match without maxing the chars.. by playing it normaly as they are.. no lvling before the battle.. tsk tsk tsk..

The characters aren't maxed. They're pretty much standard levels for that point of the game.

You can actually beat him using ONLY Riou... you just equip him with a Fire sealing rune and a clay guardian... And you can also beat him in less than 30 seconds with Riou and Nanami using an ingame glitch(no gameshark, it's really ingame) There's an extra special rune that you an equip to nanami that boosts her attack power to 999.

Haven't tried.. Don't you run out of clay guardians though? Anyways. The 30 second thing isn't legit. There's ALOT of cheats in this game, why bother using them when you can win even without :)

i actully beat this guy with only riou,eilie and wakaba in under 30 seconed and let me tell you, it ain't easy. (well for me it ain' t... >_<)

hey there is a character in the border the girl with a wooden machine... i think lucas blight damage to that mechanical is 0 and if you often use skills so does luca blight i've beat him without using any magic.. only normal attacks...

It's pretty simple actually. There's a glitch that lets you put the hero in a slot where Luca can't attack him.

I managed to beat him in the second round once with Gadget and Meg once. Meg was providing the healing and Gadget was surprisingly resistant against his fire damage... despite being a wooden barrel. I know.
