@Yellyist Yeah, yeah, the Beatles buried a couple hard songs on the White Album while the majority of their hits were Paul Sesame Street songs.John and Yoko just acted like they invented the peace movement to feed their endless need for attention with silly bed-ins and bullshit that did nothing to end the war. Narcissists. Political Campaigns like George McGovern did the actual work. And the Stones wrote about what was really happening in the world (Gimme Shelter) not escapist obladi horseshit.

Mick never claimed to be working class, just an alternative to the Beatles cute bullshit. And his economics mind saved the Stones from Allen Klein, whereas the Beatles were too stupid about money to prevent Klein from breaking them up.

@RollingOrmond The Beatles were working class boys from Liverpool, and they stayed working class. John wrote "working class hero" and many other songs to reflect that. The Beatles were real. Mick`s a phony.

Forget about the blues. it`s shit. i hate the blues. i love pop and rock. And John Lennon wrote "Give peace a chance" and campaigned to end the war in Vietnam. He stuck his neck out, and was harrassed by the Nixon administration for his peace work. What the hell did Mick and the Stones do?? They dressed up like women and wore make up.
