Evolution Aqua Nexus 200 on 2600 gallons

Nexus 200 has been running for a year now and is coping well with 2600 gallons and 15 koi 75ltrs of k1 and the ea nexus filter foam on the outlet air is via a medo 45, The water is still as clear at 6ft down, :-)

I backwash it every time i clean to get any k1 thats stuck in the kiss point out, I only clean it once a week but some clean more often, I can say it woorks well on the 2600 gallons i have and the water is crystal clear.

im just getting 1 of these for my 2200gallon pond. everywhere i been recommended this and says it will keep the water clean.

I have been thinking about getting one of these to replace my old set up. Would you reccommend one? How often do you backwash this thing?
