Jack Blades & Tommy Shaw played to a near sold out BB KINGS this past wed. I was invited up on stage to sit on the couch on stage while they were playing (hence the odd angle).

Tommy Shaw is one of the most underrated guitarists there is. Same for Jack Blades on the Bass. Jack is solid, Tommy is great. Never got a chance to show his chops with JY fronting STYX and Ted fronting Damn Yankees.

I hope to see Shaw/Blades in concert soon.

I worked the medical crew in Columbus when they were here. It was probably the best damn concert I saw this year! The harmonies were incredible! The crowd came alive when they did this song.
