On a side note, India is not really so much about the suicide bombings, that's Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, or Pakistan. India is more your peaceful Hindu type of folks. The guy is not as bad as the video makes him out to be, but yeah his english sucks. I say get the homeless working in the call centers. Give me a guy in a tinfoil hat with alien implants over this guy!

Hey, I would not be able to fare well at all in another language, but the point of this clip is to show how inappropriate it truly is for companies such as Microsoft to hire "support" who cannot speak the language in which they are hired to support within. It's purely nothing but carelessness on behalf of capital mongers.
