"Ain't No Reason" is a powerful song and now an equally compelling video.
Directed by Clair Carre.
A brief description of the video from Brett himself:
"It is our routines and our comforts that allow us to ignore social issues. For some of us, it is our privilege to be ignorant. This video tells the story of social issues challenging our privileges and entering our routines making them impossible to ignore. Social injustice cannot be ignored when you are forced to deal with them. That is the idea behind this video.
What would happen if you were forced to deal with something that you may think has nothing to do with you? If suddenly the world's problems came into your own home? You would have to realize that you are connected to everything and everyone one earth."
The album, So Much More, is available now in digital and CD formats

Brett Dennen is a talented and thoughtful singer-songwriter. I'm glad he doesn't feel the need to conform to stereotypical visual presentation expected by certain socioeconomic classes or gender norms. Keep on being amazing, Brett!
I just cannot stop listening to this song. It it's like a blooming feeling inside because it's singing of things I've see and realize everyday. His voice is beautiful as well.
hey guys does anybody take the time to realize he is a human being..how would u like it if everybody was saying these things about you. can we as a society start to grow again .. its like we have taken two steps back from progress..that's sad.. may we all start to open our minds and our heart and stop wasting our time being hateful and ignorant. may love set you free!
Here's an idea: how about everyone stops arguing about life's wrongs and rights, and watch the damn video? If you like him, cool. Give HIM some love. If you don't, then leave. No one really cares about your opinion, and no one is going to change because of a comment you made on the internet.
I'm not trying to make fun of him or anything, but I thought he was a woman and not the real singer when I first saw the video. Anyways, it's a really good song.
