Any questions about this are welcome. this video was recorded hastily and has a few mistakes... also a few editing mistakes. oh well :)

-Handmade in Canada
-Solid Cedar Top
-Wild Cherry Back/Sides
-Silver Leaf Maple Neck
-Satin Finish GREATLY improves the sound.

-I used Ernie Ball Earthwood Lights.

You can buy one at Musician's Friend for $379.99

This is an incredible value... I can't express that enough.

This is my favorite guitar that I've played.

  • Is SEGULL S6 A BRAND NAME?? Or are there many brands who manufacture guitures with the name SEGULL S6? Please reply........

  • @AYANROCKS1 "Seagull" is indeed the brand name, and S6 is the model

  • I'm just a beginner but my friend suggested Seagull to me because she said they're "pretty" and i was like "how's the sound" and she said it's really good. Do you think that this is a good beginner guitar? Since like 2008 or even before, what do you think of it now? thanks for replying!!!

  • @AmandaDaSinger Definitely a great sound, I really like the cedar/cherry combo. Good beginner guitar, the slightly wider fingerboard might make it a little easier to learn chord fingerings. It's a solid reliable guitar, I still play it.

  • @ThePupD the soul is in the musician ;)

  • Great versatile technique in the finger picking and the strumming was smooth and crisp. Great job friend!

  • @DnMZen The S6 is cherry laminate which many players including myself believe diminishes the sound quality. When you step up into the Maritime series you get the solid mahogany back and sides with a spruce top. Problem/? Not if you have $700 - %$1,000 , The Blueridge BR=140 specs. the same and sounds much better at $500

  • @AmandaDaSinger The Seagull S-6 has cherry laminate back and sides, not solid. At a $400 price compare it to a Blueridge BR -140 which cost about $100 more but you getall solid Honduran mahogany back and sides and solid Sitka spruce top for superior sound quiality. Ranked #3 by Guitar Players Magazine.

  • you sound great. i'm a lefty and this guitar is on one of my choices that i'm narrowing down..enjoyed the video and keep up the good work!

  • @steveshredz Soul is imaginary, subjective and there is no one definition :rolls eyes:

  • @sacredgeometry *rolls eyes* soul is more something u put forth than something that is judged

  • What is the Seagull S6 guitar? Sounds good. I'm torn between the RD210 and the Seagull s6, ME WHICH DO YOU RECOMMEND?

  • @DnMZen I would actually tend to say the soul is interpreted in the listener more than the musician. People interpret things how ever they will regardless of the talent or emotions of the player.

  • How is the action on this guitar out of the box?
