Well I just went out and bought one because of Andy's tone. And yes, the Lonestar is nothing short of fantastic

andy is awesome, but i'm sure he'd sound the way he does with half of all that stuff

@MParseface38 He doesnt use all that much from what I can tell. The pedals, like the front end preamp, justs cuts down on time he'd take to fiddle with the amp. He probably doesnt use the same settings on every tune he performs. Same goes for the amps too. Ideally every guitarist should have 2 stage amps, 1 clean and one dirty at last.

@soadilias well for one as mav5150 said jeff loomis doesnt go straight into his amp, but also andy timmons' tone is much better than jeff's imo, although i do love jeff loomis

well..i dont know that guitarist..but to be honest i dont like the bla bla bla of equipement...if you are good you dont need a bunch of stuff to sound good..check out jeff loomis...guitar to amp and there u go...perfect tone..

i dont want to sound rude..but thats my opinion..

As i was saying, how do you tell your child that this guy is shit, you can't, but when it all fails how do you protect yourself, you've got a six year old child screaming at you that andys crap because he dosn't know where you wanna go and his guitar playing is fuck and his outfit is outdated.
