glos i was privileged to sing in place of the Choir when they had a rest and went away for holls i sang in the Axbridge Choir at the time that was many years ago
I had the privilege to sing as a bass in the Cathedral Choir here for 4 years as I was responsible for the welfare of the choristers there. The building was a delight. Each time I entered I would see something new and feel deep peace. The music was " out of this world" and i hope that there will always be dedicated boys and girls who bless us with the gift of choral music
@07808254140 I totally share your opinion. It is sad, that beauty of buildings had dissapeared. But today it wouldn´t be even posibble, as you say. We are living in the age of minimalism and quickness..
could they build anything close to this today?even with an endless supply of funds, money literaly no object!! i think we all know the answer is a simple ,no!
