hmm what exactly are graham crackers? I'd like to try this but I've never been able to work out what they are :( I'm not from the US so we probably call them something different, like water crackers or something...

According to Wikipedia, the graham cracker was developed in 1829, in New Jersey, by Reverand Graham. It was meant to be a 'digestive cracker' due to its high fiber content, but has evolved into a snack due to makers adding sweeter ingredients over the years. Thanks for asking. It was interesting to look into its history.

Yeah, they're hard to beat. The combo of crunchy graham cracker, soft gooey chocolate, and that piece of charcoal will do it every time!! Yum-ee :)
