ohhh guys, I really liked and loved therion but they changed their style in this new album and I dont feel attracted anymore. I miss tenors and sopranos as well as violins and orchestral tones that get me the goosebumps. Why did they changed so drastically? does anybody know?

@jezreel69laadan Therion changed their style already few times. They started as Blitzcrieg and played pure death metal because at the time the band couldn't afford good singers and good production studies. After they got some success they expanded their group and started doing gothic metal. Also Christopher clearly stated that he always planned the band evolving - which is why I like Therion - they never get boring - compared to Iron Maiden that play the same 5 riffs for 20 years already...

The choir influences for me gets pretty boring, so I'm glad for this album, the songs are more catchy

I don't see how any of their music is gothic because it requires too much talent to create to be labeled as such. Just sounds like Progressive Metal to me. Keep your gay trend shit away from this beautiful band. This album and all the previous ones are badass. I'll live for Therion till the fuckin end, man.

Ok... who sings the first few lines? I'm pretty sure it's snowy shaw for the best part of the song... I'm guessing it's probabely Matts Leven, though it doesn't sound all too much like his other vocals on the album, it couldn't be the drummer, could it? Apparently he did some vocals on the album...

Whoever sings it it's absolutely beautiful :P

As i Said in three treasures, this is not an album to listen once or twice and make a judgement about, it have so different musics, tha tit's hard to like tha tall in a sudden... Musics like Wand of abaris(my favourite), Des Misternacht lowe, Trul, Tune, Close up the Streams, the falling stones are still worth hearing... even more after the sitra ahra release.
