If someone's trying to make you feel bad or emotionally abusing you and you need to talk, you can call ChildLine anytime for free on 0800 1111 or find us online at www.childline.org.uk. Don't hide it. Whatever your worry, it's better out than in.

Emotional abuse is when someone tries to make you feel bad. This can be saying things on purpose to scare you, put you down, humiliate or hurt you.

Sometimes you can sort out a problem on your own. But if you have a worry you can't cope with, don't bottle it up. It can really help if you talk to someone.
