I did re-upload this video from 3 years ago, the old one had some crappy music attached to it. Strength is relative when dealing with bodyweight stuff. Practice, plus supplemental exercises and consistency can help you get there.
FYI those are home made wheels I made with some lawn mower tires, a hexbolt, a couple of hose clamps and a roll of electrical tape. Got the idea from www.rosstraining.com

@openuniverse2003 nope! anyone can do it. it all depends on how strong you are in relation to your bodyweight. You can be 250 pounds and still do this (unless its all flab and no muscle!)
