A whole army of French CRS Riot Squad units are looking for some action in Lyon. They try to provoke the "Riotters" which are in fact nothing more than a few itchy youths just trying to provoke the cops. The reason the Police do this is not thuggery, because a stand off could go on all night, orders are given to quicken things along so everyone can get home quicker ! The Police get paid extra if it goes on into the night, so they get ordered to get things done and over by people in charge.
