The circuits that you will see her doing from this point on are designd to burn 9x more fat than steady state cardion. The big plus is you gt the workouts done in 20 minutes or less!!
Below is an outline of today's circuit:
Alternate between 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds or rest. You will complete that 30 second interval 8 times for 4 total minutes. You will then rest one minute...making each round 5 minutes in length.
Repeat this 5 minute round 3 more times for a fat-blasting 20 minute workout that will keep you burning fat all day due to the afterburn effect that this type of training creates.
