Is 95% of Kosovo pro-Eu because membership is the easiest way to obtain services they cannot afford?

This development should address the need for services and skills for patients for whom the expense of duplication at a local level is beyond member-state healthcare budgets. There is considerable bed capacity in Berlin, so why build a new hospital in Belfast. It would also be good to harmonise drugs accreditation across the EU to reduce drug manufacturers' costs so that new drugs are more swiftly available. In time, this could also include the US' FDA.

Great. Please help Kosovo integrate into the EU, as over 95% of the people are pro-EU, therefor they should have access to such amenities as all other EU citizens.
