Just for the fun of it, my Brook 2HP motor driving the smart drive generator with a microwave transformer hooked up to it.

The Jacobs ladder was a bit erratic but still shows the voltage potential of this device.

  • Why not just drive it directly ?

  • @g7txu wasn't practical at the time, I have a big 3 phase flange mount motor now that may work, but those projects are pretty much dead and buried.
