But, this is a real menu? U can create a menu of DVD or Blue Ray only with After Effects? Without Adobe Encore or something like that???

@RainFeel09 These are the transitions of the menu only. All of the transitions and menus are created in After Effects, then rendered out for authoring in your program of choice, such as Adobe Encore or DVD Studio Pro. You cannot author a disc directly from After Effects.
