Mr Harpers Opinion:

Its ok to spend 1 Billion dollars on security of the G20/8 Summit and make ordinary citizens feel like criminals when they get arrested for free speech. A wooden bow and arrow is a major security threat.

BUT ... we don't want to offend farmers and duck hunters. Registering fire arms is a waste of money.
