I always thought Sex education and Drugs education was really weird.

Regardless of your opinion of the laws, why was the government teaching us to have sex at 13 y/o when the age of consent is 16 and apparently the risk of STDs was so high?

Why were they teaching us about illegal drugs when they are er, illegal?! It always seemed self-contradictory and nothing to do with education.

Years later, thanks to people like Charlotte, I understood why.
