The Texas Department of Transportation is about to finish a project to restrip a section of US 69 in Lumberton. The restriping will convert the section from a 3-lane highway to a 5-lane highway. And if you travel US 69, especially during the morning and evening rush-hour, this is a project you are sure to appreciate.
