  • Can I ask a question. Since we are talking about water,is it bad to pour cold water on tired muscles? Like taking a shower. Is that bad for me if I do it right after training?

  • gamernixin, I lost 3 pounds overnight just by taking two laxatives to prep for a colonoscopy ... what's your point? Here's mine: when you limit your diet to soup and chicken, there is no way you are getting enough fiber to move that meat on through. I've got a friend who used to eat just like you mentioned. Without enough fiber, toxins collected in his colon and he got cancer. For the rest of his life he will shit in a hose that drains into a bag attached to his leg. Rethink your diet.

  • No, in former times people thought that caffeinte dehydrates but I read a study which tells that it is not the case that coffe dehydrates.

    It is some months or weeks ago and I can't tell you which study but I can remember well. Maybe after 5 cups of strong coffee ...

  • Of course coffee dehydrates you, as does anything containing caffeine.

  • Coffee doesn't dehydrate, that is well known nowadays.
