I've had loads of people tell me that I'm an intelligent guy, including tutors in college (all of my coursework was apparently A material.) I could never be bothered with exams though, I never even bothered revising. They just seemed like a massive void of pointlessness to me (and the funny thing is that I "passed" some without even trying.) As Icke says all they prove is how well you can remember and regurgitate things onto a piece of paper.

Grades don't equal intelligence.

@dragonfly4943 You do what you do. You tell them you are not gay and that you appreciate woman but that your not in it to get your heartbroken. Girls love that and plus let them know your a gentleman. Trust me and I'm telling you from experience most of my friends and I ended up finding real love from 19 years old and up. Anything before that is a waste of time and heartache.It brings down your self esteem and self worth makes you doubt yourself. Your a free thinker.Good Luck

Once someone in my class felt the need to make a remark about how I " can't get a girl". I explained that I choose not to waste my time on having a romantic partner just to have a teenage romance that lasts for a week tops and brings me no profit out of the experience at all. Then the entire class is calling me gay because I don't want a girl.

I explain to them that I didn't say I wasn't attracted to girls but that I said I didn't want a romantic partner because I can do more beneficial thing

@vamomanyavamo History will teach you what we as humans have done in the past, and how really how history does repeat itself. Arguably, history is the one thing you should pay the most attention to. If you study the ways civilizations have been run in the past, and the reasons for their downfall, it gives you great insight into how our civilization works, and the patterns that it is following. Knowing math without knowing all these other things is useless.

@vamomanyavamo biology, english, chemistry, physics, history....actually all very, very, very important things you WILL use in your life. English lets you communicate what you want to say in a well thought out manner so that others may understand you (based on that comment, you could have paid some more attention to it in school). Biology teaches you what you're made of, and in turn, what other things are made of. Same with chemistry. Physics teaches you how the universe works.

So true, I'm in school to become an M.A. and we are reading a book on medical law. When we take tests i understand the answers but if not written the exact way in the book it's considered wrong... Luckily our teacher is "understanding" and even she disagrees with some things in the book.
