@WaddleDeePwns the buzzkills are also great gloves....for the price

I've never broken my thumb before in a game, but I use the Brine King Superlight goalie gloves. I think they have great protection cause I've gotten hit there before. Plus, they're super flexible.

what about Brine Uprising?
-
should i buy the superfreak 2 or the buzzkill ?
-
Does it become more difficult to grip the stick with a thumb covered by that large ring-protection?

I broke my thumb last Thursday. And I'm out for 4-6 weeks. I will tell you that spending 200 bucks is worth it!! Breaking you thumb sucks bc you can't do anything. You've lost an aposable thumb

@LacrosseGoalieGuru i think we have to realize as well that it will still break in some cases. I'm a freshman in HS and i have the sf2's and I'm out for the next five weeks. So maybe it would be smart to tape up ur thumbs aswell.

Yes, those are a set of Superfreaks. They are an older version where they really modelled them off of a hockey glove. When I first tried them on they were really stiff. But then they broke in like butter. I've never had a broken thumb, or any other part of my hand with these gloves. I highly recommend them. Even their latest version.

Bass I know they aren't cheap. But if you ever have a broken hand, or thumb, you'll be wishing you broke the bank to get them. With equipment, we always wish we spent more money if we ever get injured.
