when i practice with my team we never anything that does with picking up the puck we always skate for half then pass and shoot dirlls and then scrimig

my team doesn't practice that shit either... but hand-eye coordination is always a skill you can use.

i also say that it would be bettet to bounce a puck instead of a ball cuz the pucks don't bounce great and can land wrong with a ball it's easier to do cuz it's round a puck is kinda hard to make it land on flat on the stick u know wat i mean?
