Lexmark selected EON technology to develop a pilot sales force application that shorten the sales cycle and improve customer satisfaction.
Traditionally our sales force has to bring the products to the customers location in order to demonstrate key features & product benefits. This is a difficult and time-consuming task especially for our larger printers. With EON's technology we are now able to conduct a sales demonstration, painlessly and quickly just by digitally demonstrating the product on a laptop. It is like having the product in front of the customer and our best sales person on the side to provide guidance. Sales representatives can provide a consistent and compelling sales presentation and cover more prospects in the same time. This leads to shorter sales cycles and increase sales," said Paul R.
