@CloudsBeyond @thePROTO1type Hi CloudsBeyond I've allowed your comments in te interests of free speech, but please what has Kate's weight got to do with her musical output .... that kind of comment is totally low and uncalled for ... hang your head in shame!
As for the quality of the musical output, what musical "technical terms" is Kate failing on - you some sort of expert?
BTW I am not a fan who likes everything Kate does because it's Kate, but I love this 'cos it's good imho!

this song means so much to me because its about unrequited love
and 'i don't want to lose you again' is such a passionate and poignant
lyric. it reduces everything to love, the reason why we love Kate too.
she always puts her heart into it.

This is my favourite track on the album and you have made an amazing video, it really makes me feel it. I love your work.

nice video

I have always wished to go before my mom and Kate Bush cos' I can't stand the pain of losing them. Love ya Kate!

better than the official video

@paulosham1 Oh, just one final word on this from me ... when I make videos I try to portray the emotion of the song and that's what I tried to do here ... the fact that some of the aspect ratios might be technically incorrect in some of the clips doesn't matter one jot to me, or I suspect to many of the other viewers .... thanks for pointing it out anyway and I agree with you that some (most) "people don't notice these things" .... stay happy!

Having watched your other videos on her new album,i have to say that i love your work.I will not post a comment on every single one of them, but still...Well,i have heard various opinions on her music and it is either loved or disliked.I haven't heard anyone saying ''Meh,it is ok'' or ''It is so-so''.I personally love her music and i find this album very nice.If nothing else,it is quite relaxing and it is pure psychedelia if listened to while traveling through rainy landscapes..Cheers friend.

@paulosham1 OK, I'm not arguing!
-
@vibesinthesky You can't argue the point about the aspect ratio being wrong. The fact is the picture is squashed in some of the clips. 300 and Atonement to name just two. The aspect ratio for 300 should be 2.11:1 and Atonement's aspect ratio should be 1.85:1 but here they look the same (squashed from the side, tall skinny people). Some people don't notice these things. If you look at a circle in the wrong aspect ratio it's not a circle.

nice work vibes; your vids and the snow in london are helping me adjust to this album (the only kate album i have not purchased). however, i just cannot like this track. elton simply carries too much gag-inducing baggage for me, and i cannot obliterate the image of his smug disney face and hissy fits. (similarly, i've never been able to take the artist on Aerial seriously and not half expect him to say "Can you tell what it is yet?")

Oh Vibes, this is one of the tracks I like least, but I enjoyed watching your video without benefit of sound! So much abandoned smooching and emoting ..... I'd have happily gone off to die gloriously at the Hot Gates if anyone thought me worthy of such an intense farewell!
It's interesting to see how Kate can still elicit such responses. That's art, which is a wonderful thing. Personally speaking, I loved your video...and your interpretation of a beautiful song through some pretty powerful images. Thank you.

@Chrystala67 Yes, you're right, but if you did an analysis of all the comments I've had so far, you'd find there's about 95% absolutely love this song (and the album), so I think Kate's "art" has elicited some really positive responses this time around, including yours of course! Thanks for watching.

Love the video, love Kate and everything she does. But as ever it does take several plays of her new work to get under the skin of her music. Hated 'The Dreaming' when it was first released but grew to love it when she went off in new directions and produced herself.

@lillywhite23 I'm the opposite ... I loved 50WFS (and The Dreaming) from the very first hearing ... I've pegged them as Kate "classics" alongside Hounds, Aerial, Never For Ever and Director's Cut, with The Kick, Lionheart, Sensual & Red Shoes following on close behind!
