actually I belive it is better for health to let your emotions show, if you bottle it up it would be worse. You have to let the adrenaling have and outlet or it will fuck you.

dude, he's doing so that they do better. If he doesn't scream at them they won't try as hard. Also, ofcourse people get pissed at him but he's one of the best chefs in the world. That's why they can't talk back
