That's why I never bother with dual-rates, it's just another switch to be in the wrong position at the wrong time. If you want plenty of control without over-sensitivity just dial up the expo. Works for me on everything from my glow-powered trainer to my 50cc gaser.
Thanks for the advice. However, I don't have expo on my radio. I usually don't set the rates that low but I had been flying a high speed plane earlier in the day that needed very low rates and never adjusted them back up.
