How Mark Bunker Can Get His Xenutv Account Back: Pt. 3

Mark Bunker, a leading critic of Scientology, lost his xenutv1 account a few weeks ago. The timing was particularly unfortunate because it interrupted plans for publicizing a major interview he had with actor Jason Beghe, a long time Scientologist who left the church and is now one of its most famous critics.

Mark can only get his account back if he convinces Viacom to withdraw the DMCAs it filed against him. This video examines Viacom's claim and provides a way for Mark to get Viacom to drop their complaint and get his account back.

I learned a lot about the DMCA because I was suspended for four months because of a false DMCA. I'm glad that my experience has given me the knowledge to help Mark. Mark is a good man who has an important message. The more people who can hear his voice, the better.

Thanks, Youtube can change their rules at the drop of a hat. They are the gods of this site and they can make any decision they want, no matter how capricious and arbitrary it may be. There are no checks and balances. But they do pay for the server, so this is another form of the Golden Rule. He with the gold, rules.
