how hard was it to make a cabinet? i want to get a 2x12. i figure if i can get some basic woodworking skills then it mst be do-able!

Hey man, that's awesome. I bought a HRDx a while back. I can't get over the amazing tone I'm getting by just switching out the tubes. Do you like to V30s? I was thinking about putting one in my HRDx. Thanks man. Love your blues playing.

Thanks for your opinion... YES, the V30 is a good option for the HRDx, you'll find more tests in youtube...

But... be carefull with the change beacause is not easy to remove the old loudspeaker!, due to the small room on the cabinet, is difficult to change without dismount the upper electronics panel... I think, due to the room at the back of the cabinet. Ask better to an expert about it, before any change!.

And some people say Vintage 30's are poor for cleans? That's not what I'm hearing here. Nice demo, I've got an HR Deluxe and want to swap the (imo) awful stock speaker for a V30.
