This works. I do not understand the hate, as a girl watching this I find nothing wrong with it, you can tell by watching he midsection that it is a work out! As for posting on youtube, righteous, DVDs with this type of dancing for fitness are too expensive when there are videos on here for free kudos lady and thanks for sharing and for those who want to hate, I am really sorry you do not get it, or that you are that insecure! Belly dancing is the same way, you going to hate on that culture?

Why are ppl hating? She is fully cloths and just tryna help ppl lose weight!she can't help that she's hot while doing it! I do this everyday at the gym and u would never know that it can really help u lose weight. She is hot, I'm a girl and not gay. Don't hate bc u can't do it, just learn how to do it and be hot too :)
