Here you see Spot, my pet axolotl. Since some days, it's clear that Spot's a girl.
And hasn't she grown! Here you see her climbing a rock. Or actually, walking uphill where she used to be rockclimbing.
In the end of the film you see her baby sibling, called Frenzy.

Please note:
In most cases, fishes & axolotls do not mix as fish tend to nibble on the gills. In this case, Spot is always chasing the fish so no pets were harmed in the making of this film ;-) Also, the gravel has been replaced by sand.

If you'd like to know about axolotl care and where to buy them, I refer you to the great websites www.axolotl.org and www.caudata.org . Please be wise, axolotls are real pets and they need lots of room and an axolotl friend to play with.

and yes I liek mudkipz!

  • You should'nt put axolotl with goldfish together.

  • ummmm i think u can ge them online if no where else wait till, like spring thats when they hit fish stores

  • yo thedee150 i need help, where do you get them in florida, miami, fort lauderdale i want one

  • @ctarshis01 @chokenwonderland Yes, it's a moor and an orange goldfish. They dodn't nip gills, as the axolotls were eager enough to nip fish ;-) however, I did get rid of the fish. The reason was that they grew so tame (I handfed the fish) that they would be in the way when I was trying to feed the axies ^_^
