  • @sweettcd raw apple+honey+cinnamon=good eats as well=)

  • @Fetch26291 disregarding the fact that part of the alcohol evaporates during the coking process, you would have to eat the entire batch of applesauce to get the very slightest buzz in your head. Heavy liquors like cognac bring out some really mellow spicy flavors in things like applesauce. I'm sure the recipe would also taste good without it, though.
