Hi john good to see you back.I bought a couple of your cells a few years back for R&D (good robust units you use to make)
to cut a long story short after long periods of running 30 KVA generators with upto 75% HHO, the electrolyte KOH was causing failure in my engine valve gear due to corrosion.
since i have been successfully using an oil refinery industry molybdenum based solution as a electrolyte. i get really impressive amounts of HHO from lower watts won’t want to use KOH again.
I have been sick the last few days.. slowing me down. I am working on the device to test the out put and will have it done soon. Thanks for your interest..
i think that you will find that your cell will also work in pure water, though not as effectively. Pure water is not supposed to conduct electricity, but it does, it just takes longer to get started, after the power is turned on. The advantage to not using an electrolyte, is that the cell becomes a better capacitor. And capacitors work with coils of wire, electronically. If you could match the capacitance of the cell to a coil of wire connected across the terminals, you get an amplification.

At this point I am working on the output... after I get that (love watts in) I will look at the electronics..
