For those who may not know.. the flickr is caused by the Refresh rate of the Camera being off the Refresh rate of the display.

OLED:Will be very cheap to make, Efficient, Almost recyclable, they can only get bigger.
I wonder what the next generation of display would be, I can't even imagine it.

i have this clock, is it really oled? i mean, it was fucking cheap when i bought it... and anyways the screen died and now shows multithings (glich where shows the clock the same time any other thing like configuration and video)

how did you get the time to be digital? i have the same watch as you, and mine is in the regular clock format. i cant find out where to go in the settings to change this.

Got one for Xmas this last winter, and this thing truly rocks. Thanks China!

My biggest pet peeve with current LCD technology is the backlight bleeding and bad black levels; both totally negated with OLED!

bend it! bend the screen! YAY!

OLED dont "flicker", it is like a computer, when you record the monitor with a camera, it looks like it flickers, so dont worry it is just the camera :D
There are lots of versions out there, but this was the only one I know that has a OLED screen. You can tell it's OLED because of its brilliance. I think you can get them at ThinkGeek for about $99. But I would just get a current gen iPod Nano and buy a watch scrape for it.

i just wanted to use it for a watch and play music but the headphone jack is 2.5 instead of 3.5 when using just clock mode it last maybe 7-13 hours so it only would work if ur outside then u have to charge it again tho it should be awesome cause u have ur music and data files on ur wrist at all times :)

You can extend the battery life to several days if you adjust the "backlight" (which is the clock display) to 30 secs or less. But it looks way cool when the display is always on.

OLED's produce their own light. Don't they?

I believe most all displays require a backlight- except OLED. So yes, I think you're right.
