@fiedleraufdemdach Yeah that's true, some covers are really good, rarelly better but one of them , "Drive", Deftones's cars cover is really good and I have both on my iPod and only listen Deftones one, not because it's Deftones, but because it sounds really nice ! ;)

@Silicium0boy But if covers "respected" the originals, they'd all sound the same. "Come as You Are" is a timeless classic, I love the Nirvana version, and I love this one, because I can hear the soul of Glasvegas in it.

I think that " come as you are " isn't a sweet melody, it's the Grunge Spirit and Glasvegas, that I really like as a band, doesn't respect this. The real one makes you fly above clouds...

there are many bad covers done of nirvana, but i like this one. it's okay. however, you should check out patti smith's version of smells like teen spirit. very different, but still amazing!
