This is an easy How-to on how to fix cracked makeup such as blushes, bronzers, pressed powders, and even eyeshadows. Here's what you'll need:

- 91% isopropyl alchohol
- Butter knife or popscicle stick for mixing
- Piece of fabric with a nice texture
- Small sandwich bag

  • Please answer: Does this method work on foundation pressed powder? Won't it change the quality of the powder? Thanks in advance :-)

  • @MaximilianMontesa I'm not a chemist, but it shouldn't change the quality of the powder. The alcohol dries and many companies use alcohol to set their makeups. The video has a soft bronzer, so I'm sure a foundation pressed powder should work the same.

  • will the alcohol irritate your face or anything?

  • @LubaAlanna, the alcohol dries and evaporates and shouldn't have remnants in the powder after.

  • i just did this but my question is.

what happens if i dont press it down with something? will it work the same?

because its half a circle and i cant find anything to press it down with. plz let me know. thanx.

  • Sorry so late to answer, it might not work if you don't pack it down because there will be airpockets and it will just crack if it's shaken or dropped again.
