Sweeet.!! I recently made a tinkerbell fondant cake for my 3 year old customer who comes all the way from Mauritius with her family. The family took bus to get to the bakeshop where I'm working just to order a special cake for their daughter..What a loving parents they are! Well, I usually browse through the net just to get more inspiration for my projects. For the figurine, I used a half bodied barbie doll(lol!!) dressed the doll up with green fondant tinkerbell dress and gumpaste wings :))

It's WONDERFUL !!! I wish you had shown it in the making. My granddaughters 6 th birthday is June 8th and I would LOVE to be able to make this for her!!! Would you be able to tell me what kind of mix you used .... I wish you had video taped the making of the bed of petals she is lounging on. Great job!!!

where did you get the tinkerbell top? i wanted to make a cake exacly like this one, its AMAZING
@HaileysYaYa28 - Thank you for the compliment! When you say 'mix' are you talking about the cake mix or what I used to make the petals? I used a victoria sponge recipe for the cake. For the petals I mixed fondant with gum/flower paste. I then cut the petals out by hand (did not have a petal cutter) and then used the 'ball' tool to soften the petals edges. Hope this helps a bit!! Please feel free to ask if you need anymore info. xLx

@beccalou. Thank you!! I used the ready made icing that you buy in the tubes, with a No 3 Wilton nozzle/tip. Good Luck!! Hope your daughter likes it!!!
