The Chinese call themselves Descendants of the Dragon. This mythical animal is highly regarded because it represents good luck, longevity & wisdom. Hence the creation of many types of dragon decor for this Chinese New Year.

  • yeah, the whole place deck with dragons and cny decor, RWS did a good job with the ambience creation for the festive mood for all visitors , well done! was there on the week beginning , experienced the awe!

    That dragon with the lanterns is my fav! I think it is such a novel idea to combine the two forms of decorations. Yes,historically, we have always regarded ourselves as descendants of the Dragon, lol There are many reasons for this..

    These dragons are part of the Sentosa Flowers celebrations, which I've uploaded in another video. Thanks for enjoying these magnificent creatures!

  • Love the beautiful Dragons! I like how they used rows of lanterns to make the body of the big one, and th eface on that one is really cool! I can't see a dragon without thinking of Chinese culture. I'm glad you (in general) have embraced this mythical creature as it is very unique. I didn't know Chinese considered themselved decendants of the Dragon. Interesting!
