THis was the first run, only 40AH pack onboard, current was restricted accordingly. The bike was a bit lighter than with the 60AH pack, so accelleration was still very good. This bike really puts a grin on your face!
You can hopefully just about the current and regen rates on the meter, bottom left figure displayed.
hey jozzered how much did it cost to make that bike electric?

I'm a petrol head good and proper. Always hated the idea of electric vehicles. BUT.. this actually looks good. the TTXGP looks good too. if you twist the grip full at stanstill does it give full torque or is it metered?

Pulls your arms off if you give full throttle at low speed in series mode, first bike i've built/ridden that pulls so hard. Same kind of pull that youd feel on an R6 or similar if you were to cruise it in first gear at 8,000 RPM then yanked the throttle back. At the moment this surge of power dissipates fairly quickly, I'm rebuilding the battery pack and changing controller to remedy this. Keep watching and I'll try and make it power wheelie at speed for you:)

Hi Doc, I'll see what I can do with the next sunny day's filming:) So far she's pulling around 460A peak, pulling voltage down to 72v. I hope another 10AH added will give me over 540A batteryside, or 38kw. I do have more cells, but she will be getting kinda heavy if I add them too.
