I need to try this with my pet Bigboy,he might have a lot of fun.Bigboy is almost as big sa this lizard, but he only weighs 50 pounds.Bigboy is still the smartest lizard in the world !! Pretty cool that you can play with that lizard.

What a wonderful looking lizard . However, i don't like the idea of some person playing
tug - of - war with the animal . They will break its teeth. The poor animal. I hope these people gave it a piece of stake or something as it's reward after they did this.

I like how the girl takes over and she feels the need to put her face close to his. Captivity or not it's still a wild animal. And no venom or some a bite is a nasty bite. And they can run like a mofo

@SilverMarble Still, if a Komodo dragon bit you, it'd be a nasty bite. Very deep.

this is not comodo dragon . it is comodo dog !

Well, you guys are behind the times, as dooshsayswhat is correct. Komodo dragons have basic venom glands (like gila monsters). They aren't injected into the victim via Fangs, like venomous snakes. The venom seeps between the gums as they bite and chew. Bacteria plays an important role as well. Stop dissing.

@SilverMarble aham. that's WHAT we tough until like 1 year ago...they are toxic! look it up. actually MANY monitors are mildly toxic. it's not something that's to kill a human instantly tough.
Actually its both venom and bacteria.

if raised in captivity the bite isnt toxic, as they dont eat rotting things with bacteria in them.
